A live song written and performed by me. My middle daughter had invited friends from her class to her seventh birthday party over ten years ago now. A little boy told her he could not come as he had to see his younger sister in hospital for the last time due to a genetic terminal illness. It was the second daughter that the parents had lost as the illness was carried through the females. This song came about whilst thinking about how anyone could ever get over such a loss.
